After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me. Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package. Many thanks for the discount coupons as well.
