I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works
