Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. Love our enlarged canvas print. Our contact with Keen Art Media was reserved, but she assured us the print we selected would be fine for a 42\" x 31-1/2\" enlargement. Despite some doubts, we could not be happier with it. Will use Keen Art again.
