I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy

It was very well packaged, and given the vagaries of the Postal Service, it arrived in very good shape. This result encourages us to maybe widen our market in the gallery and offer the possibility of commissioned pieces.
