The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

Just received the Metal Prints. We are absolutely delighted with the result. The client is going to be very pleased. It was very well packaged, and given the vagaries of the Postal Service, it arrived in very good shape.
