That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. LOVE the items I ordered. Excellent quality and just what I expected.... but..... one of the two frames originally came in the wrong size to had to be resent....then that frame arrived damaged....so am hoping third time is perfect. I will be using your services again. Someone was obviously having a bad day. agree=on
