ML, Calgary | Many thanks Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. At about half the cost of having them done by a frame shop I am very pleased. Many thanks, James.
James P., Collingwood | I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy
