look amazing! Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done. On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice) also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order) Norm Peters,	I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL! Carrie, Farwell	I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy Rainer H.,
